I am a licensed clinical psychologist and certified school psychologist treating children, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, eating disorders, personality issues, and self-injury, as well as adjustment issues that are common in children adolescents and adults.
I received my B.A. from Stern College and my master’s degree and doctorate in combined clinical and school psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology of Yeshiva University. I am also the former Director of Counseling and Guidance Services at Bruriah High School.
I was trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at the Adolescent DBT Program at Long Island Jewish Medical Center (LIJMC). While many DBT clinicians learn DBT after taking a series of workshops ranging from a few days to a week or so, I was very fortunate to train at LIJMC for a year. At LIJMC, I was given the opportunity to learn DBT in depth and hone my skills. Additionally, I was the founder of the Adult DBT Program at the Bikur Cholim of Rockland County.
